Our Mark size is not “US size”, Please read below chart. Our shoes have three size,the outsole size is 11cm/12cm/13cm.

size 1= 11cm = 10 to 10.5cm feet = 3.9” to 4.1 inch feet = 0-6 months baby
size 2= 12cm = 11 to 11.5cm feet = 4.3” to 4.5 inch feet = 6-12 months baby
size 3= 13cm = 12 to 12.5cm feet = 4.7” to 4.9 inch feet = 12-18 months baby

Shipping:
Free shipping order will be shipped by China Post Air Mail. But if order amount more than US$300.00 we will ship by DHL or EMS
free shipping which will arrive within 3-7 working days.
China post air mail normally item will arrive with 15-25 working days after being posted.
Sometime for customs or weather problem it will be delayed some days.
It may be up to 30-45 working days.

Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc.
however, if you believe that the item received is in wroung color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
